by R. Normally, one tries to just "reboot" the PC in the hope that the BSOD occurred because of a rare condition of some driver which was overlooked in coding and testing. I received 4 updates at the same time: KB973879, KB973874, KB970653, and KB972036. Repeat at Device Makers - BTW atDeviceMakers DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - check manually by model.
