I want a set in stone "the CPU will never ever work harder than 50% capacity" type feature like what I used in Windows Vista and 7... that keeps the cpu at a constant lowest power state. I'm running my processor at 50% capacity at all times (even if it needs more and even while the laptop is plugged in) right now.
