The Driver \driver\wudfrd Failed To Load For The Device
Lots of people are going to cop it. jhkimnew commented Sep 26, 2016 @freeboarder, Today, I tried to reproduce the issue but failed to reproduce the issue. You can search "aspnetcore.dll" file from the file. I don't think it matters how you install it, just that you install it... Check This Out
Adds ANCM module, schema, and `applicationHost.config` locations to the doc for easy dev reference. Please, be aware that the solution so far (repair or remove / install) takes some time that people is losing. And please explain what I need to do for the "MVC + Tooling Updates" from the repro step of "Visual Studio 2015 + Update 3 + MVC + Tooling Updates". I believe that when I disabled the 32-bit option that the error went away, although this wasn't a good fix for me as my app requires loading as 32-bit.

Click on Environment Variables. Under System variables, scroll down and look for the variable named "Path". Sorry my memory is a little fuzzy as I didn't explicitly try to install ASP.Net Core. I will try this as soon as I get someone with an error. Also removed my username from the paths in the log.

For IIS: The aspnetcore.dll module is configured at %windir%\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationhost.config file. you should double-check what path is used for the aspnetcore.dll file in the %SystemRoot%\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationhost.config file. The aspnetcore.dll is installed when you install Aspnet Core. I'm having the same problem.
I have updated them all but I am told that the Drivers are up to date. Would you attach the dd_DotNetCoreTools__20160920112251.log file so that we can check why it was removed?
