I was having a similar problem. You can then uncheck non essential add-ins. 30 Comments hmm strange.. AutoArchive is turned off. Okay, so the obvious pointer is the old mail files..........but why is this happening? Deleted it, problem solved. was so frastrated by this problem that when solved it, just had to to share! :) cheers Xrenix. So I brought up Task Manager to discover Outlook is eating 90%+ CPU.
Is this something you can confirm? Obviously it stopped half way through. Has anyone any idea how I can find out what is causing this as the computer is unusable when whatever it is kicks in. Started yesterday and last Windows Updates was installed 2016-02-11.
