Following worked for me Fix #1 - 1. Find a folder similar to Hkey_local_machine\software\classes\installer\products\5A6FB34A0F5DAAA4FB1456990536CE44" in my case was Hkey_local_machine\software\classes\installer\products\0CB8AE65157339B4CBD96615CC635EAA It was just a matter of finding the key that had the XML6 parser product. Ideally, I'd like to install msizap without the cleanup utility and have it run and remove the broken install, all without the enduser being aware. I am now listening songs!!
