In the System event log it gives the following:Error: Application pool WCF has been disabled. Not sure why Windows 7 wouldn’t accept service account identity, while it works for the windows account, both are domain accounts. - if you continue to be baffled (as I was), try using the "Pre-Windows 2000" version of the username, as listed in AD (assuming you're using a domain account).
- In Windows Explorer I can browse, read and write to the Z: drive windows created, but browsing the website on the virtual directory is where it does not work.
- The strange thing is I can access the folders themselves within Windows Explorer so I know they can be accessed from this server.
